Facilitator Guide
Everything the facilitator can do — sessions, settings, members, and more.
Facilitator capabilities
| Capability | Description |
|---|---|
| Start sessions | Enter a story description and begin a new voting round. |
| Finalize sessions | Reveal all votes and display statistics to the team. |
| Change voting scale | Switch between Fibonacci, T-shirt, or custom scales at any time. |
| Remove members | Remove a member from the team if needed. |
| Transfer facilitator role | Hand over facilitator control to another team member. |
| Delete team | Permanently delete the team and all its session history. |
Transferring the facilitator role

Open the members panel
In the team view, look for the members list on the sidebar.

Select a member
Click the Transfer Facilitator button next to the member you want to promote.

Confirm the transfer
Once transferred, the new facilitator gains full control and you become a regular member.
Deleting a team
Deleting a team is permanent and cannot be undone. All session history, votes, and member associations are removed. Make sure to export any data you need before deleting.
